| Hot baths are okay. The water begins to cool as soon as you're in it, and most tubs don't allow you to be fully submerged. You should avoid things that raise your core temperature, so look out for hot tubs above body temperature, since they have heaters that keep them hot, saunas, etc. But enjoy the bath!
